Hesperion has no sign-up: your wallet lives on your phone. Some features create a record on our servers, keyed by your wallet address (for example alert rules, push notifications, recurring buys or the rewards ledger). You can delete that record and everything on the phone at any time.
Everything, in one step
Open the app, go to Settings › Delete my Hesperion data and confirm. It deletes everything our servers hold for each account on the phone, ends your sessions, then wipes the phone. The screen lists what is deleted before you confirm.
On your phone only
Settings › Erase this phone only removes the keys, password, settings and caches from this device and leaves the server record in place, for when you are moving to a new phone. Uninstalling the app does the same. Back up your recovery phrase first; it is permanent and we can't undo it.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@hesperion.app with the wallet address. We may ask you to sign a message with that wallet to show it's yours, and we'll confirm when the data is deleted.
What cannot be deleted
Transactions on public blockchains are permanent and outside anyone's control. Payment records we must keep by law are retained for the periods in the privacy policy. Copies held by identity-verification or AI providers follow their own policies; the privacy policy, section 13 has the details.
